developments, urban redevelopment programs, streetscape and freeway
landscape design, medical centers, shopping centers, industrial
parks, churches, and private homes.
We maintain a core staff
of extremely skilled individuals to provide a very effective operation
and personal attention to our clients and their needs. The Kemp Companies staff is well versed in local policies, regulations
and procedures, and have assisted clients in negotiating terms
of discretionary approvals and permit processing.
At The Kemp Companies,
a particular emphasis is placed on the quality of our work, and service
to our client. We review every project upon completion, along with the
budgets, cost estimates and schedules with the purpose of continually
improving quality.
We assist our clients through
the entitlement process from concept to final site inspection.

with master planned communities. Our focus is on providing a seamless
design from initial entitlement exhibits, through construction drawings
for all landscape elements including slopes, common areas, recreation
facilities, from yard landscaping packages and models.

control and accountability. Our work is double checked against
the work of other disciplines and our site inspections are conducted
by personnel with a minimum of ten years field experience.
